Everyone but Me (Tarquin Alexandra Remix)

about

As a celebration of their debut EP, Give Me A Season, being out for a year, the band Biscuit Sundown arranged an anniversary edition of the project and called it Give Me A Remix. They reached out to several artists to produce their own version of each of the songs.

I had the pleasure of creating my own version of Everyone but Me, and here it is for your listening and buying pleasure!

lyrics

They say I've got my life in order
They say I'm so lucky but I'm not
I wish I was just a bit better at being happy
If only I was

Somehow we believe that everyone is luckier than us
Somehow I believe that everyone else is happier than me

Maybe I should take a long look in the mirror
Maybe I would see I already have everything I need
With me

Somehow we believe that everyone is luckier than us
Somehow I believe that everyone else is happier than me

Sometimes it feels like everyone else knows the rules
But I have no clue, left wondering what to do

Somehow we believe that everyone is luckier than us
Somehow I believe that everyone else is happier than me

Somehow we believe that everyone is luckier than us
Somehow I believe that everyone else is happier than me
